Scarlie Paul, founder of Designed by Scarlie Paul, is a multidisciplinary designer-artist specializing in custom high-fashion apparel, interior design, and creative direction. A graduate of Jones High School, she further developed her design practice at the International Academy of Design and Technology and is currently based in Orlando, Florida.

Rooted in storytelling and self-expression, Scarlie’s work is driven by a belief that everyone has a unique story to tell and a creative voice worth honoring. Through her designs, she strives to inspire others to embrace their individuality and recognize the beauty in their own talents.
